退款政策

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a purchase of ArkoPDF. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

ArkoPDF is a product of Yunnan Jiaye Technology Co., Ltd. (云南迦叶科技有限公司), registered in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China (Unified Social Credit Code 91530111MA6PT3JX84). “We”, “our”, and “us” below refer to that company.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for:

• your first paid subscription (monthly or yearly); or
• a Lifetime purchase.

You do not need to give a reason. Requests made within the 14-day window will be honoured.

2. What is not refundable

• Purchased Copilot credit packs are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise — including where you have not used any of the credits and the request is made within the statutory withdrawal period described in section 5.
• Subscription renewals and subsequent billing periods after your first paid period are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those stores under their own refund policies — see section 4.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@arkopdf.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Please include your order or receipt number if you have it. We will confirm receipt and process the request.

4. App store purchases

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Those purchases must be refunded through the store you bought from, using its standard refund process. We are not able to issue refunds for app store purchases on the store's behalf.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This policy does not limit or replace those rights — where they are broader than what is described above, the statutory right prevails.

By starting to use paid features immediately after purchase, you may be asking us to begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period ends. Where the law allows, this can affect your statutory withdrawal right for digital content that has been fully delivered. Your rights under the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 1 are unaffected.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Web and desktop purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Once a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before giving us the chance to resolve the issue may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
