Getting Started with ArkoPDF

Welcome to ArkoPDF. This guide walks you through installation and the core interface.

Installation

  1. Download the Windows installer from the homepage.
  2. Run the installer and sign in with your account.
  3. Your documents and preferences sync automatically across devices.

Opening a document

  • Open a local PDF from the file picker, or
  • Sync a file from your secure cloud library.

The workspace

The left rail holds your document library and tools. The top bar gives you access to editing, annotation, organizing, conversion, and the AI workspace.

Tip: press the AI command bar shortcut (Ctrl+K) to jump straight to natural-language commands.
